Tips on buying proven cats to use as breeders: ASK the breeder WHY they are selling it. If they tell you anything besides they are going out of business or they are all related to their current cats. RUN! Breeders don’t sell great breeders just because. Learn from us as we have lost 16,600 over the past 2 years because of breeders possibly not being honest.
First of all, things you should consider when thinking about taking one of our adult savannah cats:
The cats have been raised in a family environment, therefore they will be bonded with us. It will take a certain amount of time for them to bond with their new owners. Some will come in and act like nothing has changed at all in their life. Some will come in very shy of their new home and new owners. You will need to give them a certain amount of time to adjust. We ask you do not change their food until they have had time to adjust.
We ask that you understand the breed completely before asking about our Savannah Cats.
